regarding the distribution of the Shareware version of Space Hound:

    You are specifically prohibited from charging, or requesting
    donations, for any such copies, however made; and from distributing
    the software and/or documentation with other products (commercial or
    otherwise) without prior written permission, with one exception:
--> Disk Vendors approved by the Association of Shareware Professionals
--> are permitted to redistribute Space Hound, subject to the conditions 
--> in this license, without specific written permission.

                         Suggested Description

Space Hound has only goal... to help you manage your valuable hard
disk space.   3 primary displays guide you in identifying files which are
duplicated, obsolete, and even forgotten. Features include a printable
Directory Map which shows nested storage totals, Extension Report
for grouping files by type and probably the best duplicate file finder
available today!  Additional features include file compare, version info,
and too many other features to list.  Non-Shareware version contains file
viewer, enhanced version information, and file launching capabilties.

Requirements:  Windows 3.1 or Windows for Workgroups.  No other programs
               are required.
