     A registration fee of $25 will:

          1.        license the enclosed programs for all workstations
                    on ONE server.

          2.        one current disk version will be sent to you.
                    (if registration received before Nov. 1, 1991)

          3.        one upgrade disk version will be sent to you.

          Note:  For each additional $25, you can choose to increase
          Server license  or  add 2 upgrade mailings.


     Payment Procedure:

          Send your business card (or this printed document) with
          current shipping address.

          Money Order, Check and Company check are the only forms of
          accepted registration payment.  Cash is okay, but not
          preferable if you use normal postal methods.

          If Outside of US, then please send only US Postal Money
          Orders or cash (securely mailed).
