Calling all MIDI-Types You know who you are! You compose, arrange, utilize music in conjunction with your computer either for fun or profit. How about sharing some of your hard work with the rest of us? Whether you are an established force in the music world or a hobbyist who's having fun tinkering with bits & bytes, we would love to hear from you. If you have any MIDI files that you would be willing to share, we can put 'em on a disc. Just make sure that the musical content is either owned by you or in the public domain. So what should you do? Just send us a floppy with your files on it. It's best to send your MIDI files two ways. In the format directly generated by your sequencer application and also in "standard MIDI" file format so that folks running platforms other than yours have the capability of importing them. And don't forget to indicate what sort of instrument sound each track is meant to play... not everbody owns the same synths or samplers that you do. Also include a brief discription of the music, any credits you desire, a picture of yourself, a resume... hey, we're easy. A lot of folks will even digitize part or all of their compositions so that others can get an idea what it sounds like before they commit to setting up their MIDI gear. An 11kHz AIFF file will do nicely... but this is optional. Refer submissions to: NAUTILUS - MIDI Connection 7001 Discovery Blvd. Dublin, Ohio 43017-3299
