Not wishing to offend anyone, but...

Have you ever noticed that a lot of computer-types are pretty 
opinionated?  Basically, they've become fanatical converts to the power 
and productivity of the PC and as a result are wholeheartedly "pro" 
anything which makes their use of their computer more fun, more 
personal, more anything!

That's the case with the anonymous author of this section.  Every four 
weeks he presents and reviews the shareware and public domain software 
that he likes.  It's a personal collection of software chosen because... well...
