Flipped is a little joke program I put together to tease a
friend with.  To use it on an unsuspecting person, do the
following:

  - Open a PM group containing one of their most used programs.
  - Select the program you want to replace and choose "properties"
    from the PM menu.
  - Change the command line to point to "FLIPPED".
  - Change the icon to point to the *ORIGINAL* icon of the
    changed program, this way they won't notice what happened.
  - Now sit back and watch with amazement as they continually
    flip!
