SUCH ENTICING OFFERS ARE ALREADY MOVING THOUSANDS WITH MARKETABLE SKILLS -- AND THEIR HIGHLY LIQUID FUNDS -- AROUND THE WORLD. THESE OFFERS WILL CONTINUE AND INCREASE IN THE YEARS TO COME.
