Cheat for stuff(Arcos)

Pause the game
Press CTRL-F3 (once)
Click the rotate anti-clockwise button
Click the resize button (bottom right)
Click the weather icon on the status bar
Click the Population icon
Click anywhere in the city
Click on the line bettween riots and no disatsters in the Disasters menu
Click on the no disasters

The people will cheer and you will be able to get anything from the mayors house to
Arcos
