			How To Win At The Scenerio " Flint "

To Win You Must - Bring the industrial population of the city up to 21,000.

					
				AirPort
	
First thing to do in your new city is to add a 5x5 tile airport.  This 
will build population.  Place the airport anywhere.

	
					Roads

	Next, use the bulldozer to remove any excess roads.  You will find 
allot near the residential areas.

	
				Industrial Taxes

	Cut all Industrial taxes to 0% by clicking the  button in your city 
toolbar with the smokeing buildings on it.


					Zone

		Rezone light residential areas as dence residential.


					Let it Run

	Let the game run.  Watch what the city demands and give it to them.
