Necrodale: This was one of my first cities. It isn't 
	nearly as good as my other cities. I based it's
	creation and design around maximum population.
	It is a city in the northern part of Kentucky.
	In the city's time period, global warming has
	increased so much that the ice caps melted
	enough to make the oceans rise higher and 
	higher. So much, that Kentucky has a Coast line!
