This was my first city that I made using SimCity 2000.I wanted 
it to have a low crime rate and I think I achieved it by placing
84 police stations.The crime is very low for the majority of
the city.I also kept crime near arcos from getting out of hand.
The only thing planned in this city is the landscape.I had no 
plan in mind before I started the city,I just planned it as I 
went along.When you look at the city you will see only a half
of a river.It was a full river that went from one side to the
other,but I got rid of half of it so I would have more room
for arcos.You will also frequently hear planes crashing if you
have the sound effects on.The reason is that at the time I 
received arcos I had little room for them so I just crammed them 
in along one side of the city.When I did that my Air Force base
was surrounded with arcos,so each time an Air Force plane takes 
off,it crashes into an arco.Don't worry,though,I have Disasters
turned off.
