Welcome to Quadripoli...a metropolis of the simple minded.
The mayor is doing a fair job with 65% of the population saying so.  Like many
of our large cities pollution is a problem.  On the other hand, crime is quite
low.  This is a city that was founded on the idea that each block of buildings
should be roughly similiar in size to each other. The sims realized the value
of good exercize and have a running bet with each other as to who can jog or
run the most of the city's blocks of four.  These sims are also fond of
fishing and many own their own boats.
Have fun doing whatever you like with Quadripoli, such as letting loose a big
monster or trying to make it better.  With a 7 to 9% tax rate, the city is
