She smiles and takes his hand
Dancing in the wind, his breath taken
She runs from him wanting him to come
Taunting, whispering sweet carresses

Promises of today the moment now
Tomorrow a distant gleam in her eye
He catches her they tumble
Lying in the grass he notices she's gone

He cries hammering his fists
Against her memory he rages
Anger gives ways 'gainst sweet sorrow
He finds her in his heart
