Here at T.L.B. we are lade back but we have a few rules here just to make
life for us a little less frustrating.....

1)  No Illegal Materials.  No Pornography, or otherwise questionable stuff.
    I know you're saying well DUHHHH!!!!

2)  No stupid files.  These are files that we will decide on.  Mainly they 
    files that serve absolutly no purpose, are out of date, or dificult to
    the point of uselessness.  If we begin getting many of these files from
    you or you begin consistently requesting and voting to keep these files
    we will contact you and ask you to please STOP IT!!!! 
    
Only one more to go....

3)  We all love to get messages from people, but not if they are rude and
    and or malicous.  So please non of that (that is of course out side of
    the Incognito Chat confrence acsessible only by using an alias).
