-cx     Force sound card, x = card number:
        0 : No sound
        1 : Sound Blaster
        2 : Sound Blaster PRO
        3 : Sound Blaster 16
        4 : Pro Audio Spectrum
        5 : Pro Audio Spectrum 16
        6 : Microsoft Windows Sound System
        7 : Aria chipset
        8 : Gravis Ultrasound

-pxxx   Sound card's port address (in hex)

-ixx    Sound card's DMA interrupt number (in decimal)

-dx     Sound card's DMA channel number

-sxxxxx Sampling rate to be used

If no soundcard is forced, the game tries to automatically detect your sound
card. Usually this succeeds, so you should have to use those parameters very
rarely.
