After you create Word for Windows documents, how do 
you find them? You know they're on your hard drive, or 
on the network file server... somewhere. If only you 
could remember the file name, or the directory - you 
might actually be able to get some work done. 

DocuPower Pro smashes the eight character DOS file 
name barrier! File names like TER4MIZ.DOC are a confusing 
waste of time. Now you can give your documents real 
descriptive names up to 255 characters long! 
Name your files with a sentence instead of a word.

Point and click on your own file descriptions to: OPEN, 
MERGE, PRINT or FAX your documents. We’ve also included 
FILE FIND and TEXT SEARCH utilities to recover your 
"missing" documents, even if you’ve forgotten their file 
names. Integrated FILE MANAGEMENT features are provided to 
delete, rename, copy or move files - all from inside Word 
for Windows.

After giving your documents long descriptive names, you 
can then group them together in "folders". Give each 
folder a meaningful title and get organized fast. It’s 
easy to create, rename, or delete folders. Best of all, 
documents can appear in more than one folder at the same 
time. This means that the same materials can be organized 
and displayed in a variety of ways simultaneously.

DocuPower Pro also comes with the TSS ADDRESS BOOK so you 
can keep names and addresses at your fingertips. Pop up the 
Address Book list... point and click on a name. The name and 
address are instantly inserted into your document, followed 
by the appropriate salutation. Or use TSS Address Book to 
dial the telephone!
