U2D : Convert Unix text files to MS-DOS
         ---------------------------------------

U2D is a Windows 3.1 program.  The U2D distribution
consist of the following files:

     README.TXT          this file
     U2D.EXE             U2D executable
     U2D.TXT             U2D documentation
     TEST.UNX            test file

The TEST.UNX file is a Unix text file that you can use
for testing U2D.  It is merely the U2D.TXT file converted
to Unix format.
