RSXWIN2a - running EMX/GCC programs in a MS-Windows 3.1 window		Feb 94

The RSXWIN (release 2a) package contains:

    RSXWIN.EXE, running text-mode EMX/GCC (0.8e-h) programs in
    a MS-Windows 3.1 window.

    Useful for TeX386 (emtex beta11) with a Window TeX-shell.
    Also RSXWIN needs only 100 KB, but a DOS-BOX use
    up to 1MB. So, GCC and TeX386 are much faster.

    News since rsxwin2:
    Speed up virtuel memory (faster TeX386b11)
    (delete unnecessary 'bzero heap' from rsxwin2)
