WorldClock - daylight position map for Windows 3.1 This program is a clock that shows which portion of the Earth's surface is illuminated by the sun. It displays the current time in both the local time zone and UTC. The map window can be moved and resized, and it's configuration saved to file. Right mouse button brings up a menu, and holding the left button and moving the mouse repositions the window. The time line can be hidden with a menu choice. Alter for your own time zone as need be. If you don't set it, it will default to Pacific time.
