TextScan for Windows 1.2

TextScan is a Windows utility that reports the properties of ASCII text
files, including left- and right-hand margins, word, line and page counts,
maximum page depth, occurrence of control characters, and other useful
information.

Changes for version 1.2:
  *  Tab expansion corrected.
  *  Instance count added to main window.
  *  Maximum line length doubled to 800 characters.
  *  Commas in display of large numbers.

Changes for version 1.1:
  *  Report directed to a dialogue form rather than to a text window.
  *  Multiple execution allowed.
  *  `Ignore escape' menu item.
  *  `Scan' menu item disabled if a file error occurs.
