GetVer is a program that reads the resource version information out
of EXEs and DLLs in windows 3.1 programs.  Including the resource
in your program is not difficult and most commercial programs have
this information in them.

GetVer displays version, copyright, author, description, comments,
original filename, and program code name.

You can launch GetVer with files as paramaters, drag and drop from
the File Manager, or use the menu item Read.

To install place all three files getver.exe, mfc250.dll and
getver.ini in the same directory.  If you want to use other programs
that require mfc250.dll then copy it into your windows\system
directory instead.

P.S.  Sorry about the mixup with the DLL it is redistributable so it
