If any of the files are missing, please do not run PhoneCode.  Call
(216)-745-2124 for replacement.

To install PhoneCode, simply run the setup program.  (SETUP.EXE)It will 
copy all the nessecary files into a directory of your choosing.  

NOTE: If you use the Setup program and install PhoneCode into a 
directory containing a previous version of PhoneCode, the old Phone-
Code files will be removed.
