Icon Library (ICL) Builder allows you to quickly and easily
consolidate all your icons into icon libraries of up to a
thousand icons each.  You can also export icons to bitmap
files which can then be edited by PaintBrush or similar
program.  After editing, the bitmap may be imported into
ICL Builder as an icon.

Features include:
  - Able to extract icons from ico, exe, dll or icl files
  - Build and maintain as many icon libraries as desired with
    up to one-thousand icons in each library
  - Export individual icons in libraries as ico or bmp files
  - Import bmp files to be used as icons
  - Extremely easy to use editor for building and maintaining
    icon libraries

INSTALLATION
To install ICL Builder simply copy the files iclbuild.exe and 
iclbuild.hlp to your Windows directory or any other directory
you desire.  If you don't currently have a copy of bwcc.dll or
your file is older than the file included then copy bwcc.dll to
your Windows system directory.  See the online help for full
details on program operation.

To un-install the program, simply delete the files copied above
though it is recommended you do not delete bwcc.dll as other
programs may be using this file.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Note that this is a shareware program.  As such, you may use it on a trial
basis for thirty days.  After this time, the program should be registered 
if it is continued to be used.  The cost is $12.50.  The fee is payable to:
