License Agreement and Warranty Disclaimer

You should carefully read the following terms and conditions
before using this software.  Use of this software indicates
your acceptance of these terms and conditions.  If you do not
agree with them, do not use the software.

Shareware Version

You are hereby licensed to:  use the Shareware Version of the
software for a 30-day evaluation period; make as many copies
of the Shareware version of this software and documentation
as you wish; give exact copies of the original Shareware
version to anyone; and distribute the Shareware version of
the software and documentation in its unmodified form via
electronic means.  There is no charge for any of the above.

WINBOND is the copyrighted property of Bob Stech You are
granted a limited license to use WINBOND, to copy and
distribute it, provided the following conditions are met:

    1.  No fee may be charged for such copying and
        distribution other than actual costs incurred,
        except for a nominal distribution fee.

    2.  WINBOND may ONLY be distributed in its original,
        unmodified state, complete with data files and
        this documentation.

    3.  WINBOND may not be distributed as part of a
        package or group of programs.

    4.  The paid registered version may NOT be distributed.


                       NOTICE

If you paid a "public domain" vendor for this program, you paid
for the service of copying and distributing the program, and
not for the program itself.  Rest assured that nothing ever
gets to the originators of this product from such a sale.  You
may evaluate this product, but if you make use of it, you

                  The ShareWare Concept

The ShareWare concept is an attempt to provide software at low
cost.  The cost of offering a new product by conventional chan-
nels is staggering, and hence dissuades many independent au-
thors and small companies from developing and promoting their
ideas.  ShareWare is an attempt to develop a marketing channel
where products can be introduced at low cost.

If the ShareWare concept works, then everyone benefits.  The
user will benefit by receiving quality products at low cost,
and by being able to test the software before purchasing
it.  The author benefits by being able to enter the commercial
software arena without first needing large sources of venture
capital. But it can only work with your support.


Unregistered use of WINBOND after the 30-day evaluation
period is in violation of federal copyright laws.


Evaluation and Registration

This is not free software.  This license allows you to use
this software for evaluation purposes without charge for a
period of 30 days.  If you use this software after the 30-day
evaluation period a registration fee of $15.00 is required.
Payments must be in US dollars drawn on a US bank, and should
be sent to Bob Stech, 5454 Kellogg Ct., Willoughby, Ohio 44094.
When payment is received you will receive a special serial
number with which you can register your software.  This serial
number will also enable you to register future versions
of this software without additional fees.

One registered copy of WINBOND may be dedicated to a
single person who uses the software on one or more computers
or to a single workstation used by multiple people.



Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.

THE AUTHOR MAKES NO WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION, EITHER
EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THIS SOFTWARE OR
DOCUMENTATION, INCLUDING THEIR QUALITY, PERFORMANCE,
MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

IN NO EVENT WILL THE AUTHOR BE LIABLE FOR DIRECT, INDIRECT,
