PhoneCode Version 1.23 should include the following files:

BADAC   .DAT	<--- Invalid area code data
CITYAC  .DAT	<--- City list by area code
ORDERFRM.WRI	<--- Order form (Please Register!)
PCODE123.EXE	<--- Actual running file
PHCODE  .HLP	<--- Help file
PHCODE  .NDX	<--- Help index
PHCODE  .WRI	<--- Documentation (Please read!)
STLIST  .DAT	<--- Valid state and provinces

If any of the files are missing, please do not run PhoneCode.

To install PhoneCode, simply copy all the files into a single directory and 
run the program from the File Manager or add it to the Program Manager by 
selecting New from the File menu and entering the path + \PCODE123.EXE. 
(Example C:\WINDOWS\PHCODE\PCODE123.EXE)
