Whenever Scripta dials a number, whether from the Dialling Directory
or from within a script, it displays the Dialling Window. This shows
the number being dialled, any response received from the modem, the
time limit, if any, allowed for the dial command to make a
connection and the number of seconds taken so far.

The window also shows the current action which is always either
'Dialling' or 'Resetting modem'.

Whilst this window is on display, pressing Esc causes the current
dialling action to be abandoned. If a script is running, it is
abandoned also.

Pressing the End key causes the currently set time limit to be
increased by five seconds. Repeated pressing increases the time
limit by five seconds per press. Similarly, pressing the Home key
decreases the currently set time limit.

If a script is running then pressing Tab always skips to the next
script command. So, whilst dialling, if the script contains two or
more DIAL commands in a loop, Tab may be used to abandon dialling
the current number and move onto the next.

This scheme is demonstrated in some of the scripts supplied with the
Scripta package.
