@X0E    This function will quickly retrieve new messages, create a .QWK format
@X0E    "packet" for you to download for use with an OFF_LINE reader
@X0E    program (OLR).

 @X0EC   @X0F- @X0ACONFIGURE @X0F your FNPRO! QWK settings.  You can choose to download ONLY
       messages to you and you can specify to include messages addressed to
       "ALL".

 @X0ED   @X0F- @X0ADOWNLOAD @X0F a QWK packet.  Entering this command initiates the creation
       of a .QWK packet for downloading to your system if you have NEW
       messages in any of the conferences you have configured in your global
       scan (See "S" command below).

       You may also use DG to indicate you are uploading a .REP packet and
       want to be automatically logged off upon completion.

 @X0EH   @X0F- Displays this @X0AHELP @X0F file.

 @X0EP   @X0F- Update your HMR (high message read @X0APOINTERS @X0F).

 @X0ES   @X0F- @X0ASELECT @X0Fconference for your global @X0ASCAN @X0F.  You can also set
       high message read pointers while selecting conferences to scan.

 @X0EU   @X0F- @X0AUPLOAD @X0F a .REP packet.  This function allows you to send new
       messages created with an OLR.

       You may also use UG to indicate you are uploading a .REP packet and
       want to be automatically logged off upon completion.

       Use UP to indicate you are uploading a FNPQWK.PTR file.  This file
       is included in each .QWK packet.  It contains the your message read
       pointers before the packet was created.  When you upload this file,
       FNPRO! will reset your HMR pointers to the values contained in the
       file.
