This is an example of how the Net will be structured.

Level 0 Is the Net Host or Main Hub.

Level 1 These are Regional Hubs and poll the Net Host.

Level 2 These are Hubs that poll a Regional Hub.

Level 3 Hubs that poll from a Level 2 Hub.

Level 4 Boards that poll from a Level 3 Hub.

Generally, boards that have other boards polling mail from them
will be considered as Hubs, and those that do not will be Nodes.

NOTE: Level 4 Nodes can be Hubs for their LOCAL calling area
only IF they meet the requirements of a Hub and get the
              approval of the Net Administrator.
