Here are a couple assumptions I am going to make for Music Contest II.

Everyone can: Display ANSI
              Use PKZIP

This is just a trivial thing, but it will make my life a little easier.

For voting on Music Contest II, I am going to distribute a registration form
that everyone can fill out.  You will have to have a GUS and be able to use
all of the judging software.  In addition, you will agree to vote on "x" num-
ber of entries (I havn't decided yet how many).  You will not be able to vote
on your own entry.  This seems like a fair method to me, and eliminates all
problems I can see inherent in mass-voting.
