RESET [DEVICE]

Executing this program will completely reset the drive.  All 
current functions are stopped (including a drive hang-up), the 
disc will be accepted (if it is out), all drive buffers will be 
cleared, the table of contents is reloaded and the head set at 
the reset position.

     Device   - CDROM device name      (default first drive)
                or CDROM drive letter
