This Size&Color icon makes use of the fact that Windows 95 icons can contain
several different images, with different images displayed at different screen
resolutions. This icon displays digits indicating the size in pixels
(16x16 - 64x64) and the number of colors (16 - 256) being used to display the icon,
by virtue of the icon containing different images for each screen resolution.
Therefore, in different screen resolutions or when using large versus small icons
(chosen with Microsoft Plus), different size and color choices will be made by
Windows, and these will result in different digits being displayed by this icon.
This icon is helpful in determining which icon size and color are being used
in your system, and is particularly useful when trying to choose the highest
resolution in which to make icons for your system.
