based on Windows events.  It supplements Windows functionality and adds events 
like moving, maximizing, minimizing and restoring windows just to name a few.  
It allows you to maintain separate configurations in files and supports drag-n-drop.  
It will also play wave files and allow you to edit them with your own wave editor.  
This is a simple, cheap, easy and fun shareware product!

To setup this program, place BWCC.DLL in your Windows directory.
