Printer definition file for WSSINDEX custom print utility

All lines of this file are comments until a line beginning ----.  After that,
alternate lines are comments and parameters.  Printer control sequences and
other items (except for the printer name and label id string) are decimal
numbers, separated by commas or spaces.  The codes in the distributed version
of this file are for an Epson-compatible dot matrix printer, but you may
alter these to suit your needs.
