Part 1: Program Requirements

Librarius is a Windows 3.1 application and requires between .5Mb and 1.4Mb
of disk space (depending on a system's current configuration), and 
approximately 1Mb of available memory.

Short Description

Librarius is a cataloguing system for printed and audiovisual material.  It
provides for consistent yet versatile cataloguing, allowing the user to
establish a working database within a short time scale.  This evaluation
copy of Librarius is restricted to 300 titles.

Librarius is a cataloguing system for printed and audiovisual material.  It
provides for consistent yet versatile cataloguing, allowing the user to
establish a working database within a short time scale.  This evaluation
copy of Librarius is restricted to 300 titles.

Features include:

Cataloguing windows for both printed and audiovisual material with easy 
access to individual copy information.

Flexible cataloguing of audiovisual material allowing many different types 
of media to be catalogued using the same window.

User-defined keywords that are accessible and modifiable during the
cataloguing process.

Items are indexed as they are catalogued, making them immediately 
available for searching.

Catalogue searching integrated with cataloguing process.  Word, word 
beginning, phrase, date and Boolean searches supported through an easy to 
use window.

Search Results window lists matching items in a summary format, with the 
option of accessing individual titles and copies for viewing or further 
cataloguing.

Statistical information presented in a wide range of graph types.

Context sensitive help available using the F1 key.

Paradox format files, allowing easy export to other applications.

Part 4: Distribution
====================

Disk Vendors, Shareware Distributors and BBS(s) may charge a nominal fee 
for distribution of this evaluation copy of Librarius.

This evaluation copy of Librarius may be freely distributed for trial use 
by other persons provided that:

1)      All files are distributed.

2)      Files are not modified in any way.

3)      Files are distributed in a form ready for installation.  Librarius'
	Setup program requires that the files are organised as follows:

Part 5: Registration
====================

The registration fee for Librarius depends on the number of titles to be
catalogued.  Free support will be provided for a period of six months.  
A printed user guide is supplied for all but the lowest registration fee.
