Files:  1. xftp
        2. ftp_for_xftp (used by xftp)

        both in /usr/X386/bin !

The binaries are compiled with gcc2.3.3 and the DLL Jump Libraries.
There is no man-page included, because xftp has online-help.
If you want the sources, you can find them on various sites under 
../X11/contrib/moxftp1.1.tar.Z.
