Linux Binary Distribution

This directory holds the binaries for the Linux port of Andrew Release 6.1. 
 Also included are copies of the FAQ.andrew and README.andrew generally 
available with a source distribution.  \



This distribution was made possible by a volunteer not associated with the 
Andrew Consortium.  Since the Consortium does not yet have access to a 
Linux machine, we are unable to provide any considerable level of support 
for these binaries.  We suggest you send your bug reports to 
comp.os.linux.help.  Others there may be able to help you.  \



If you find a serious bug that you think we should be made aware of, please 
send it to info-andrew-bugs@andrew.cmu.edu.  \



The source code relating to this release will be made available to the 
public in February/March, 1994.   At this time, we plan that this will be 
the same version that will appear on the X.V11R6 tape in the ./contrib 
section. \
