Files in this directory are also smail lists (see ../README).  They
are prefixed with the string "-request".  So, if you create a
dns-admin file in this directory, it will be deliverable as
"dns-admin-request".

Request mail lists are commonly used for mail like "please add me
to the mail list" or "please remove me from the mail list".  For
each mail list you make publicly-available, you may want to have
a corresponding -request list so that people can ask to join or
leave the list without bothering everyone who is already subscribed.
