Well, here are my two scripts dipeye and dipkill. They both need at *least*
a little modification in order to run properly. They're not the best of
scripting I've ever seen, but they work.

I've uploaded these because I'm sure that somewhere someone could use them.

Basically I have a dedicated modem line and my SLIP connection is a local
call. I've been wanting to keep it up 24hrs a day, 7 days a week and wrote
these two scripts explicitly for that purpose.

dipeye keeps an eye on dip, so to speak and will auto-redial when the
connection drops. dipkill is used to manually bring down dipeye, dip,
and my ping -i 180. This is primarily used to play DOOM and to reboot with
new kernels ;)

If you have any ideas, patches, whatever, please e-mail me.
