Description:    rocat is a BBS system with complete documentation on how to
		setup a Linux BBS system.  rocat is a fully-featured BBS
		moved to a Unix environment.  It is a solid program, and
		very easy to maintain.  This release has the addition of
		CD-ROM filesystem support (via files.bbs).  Of course,
		there have been a few bug fixes here and there.
