ULTRASND.INI

This file is the solution to the problem: "Under Windows, I don't hear 
anything when I play a MIDI file and the list of patches in the Patch 
Manager is empty." 

ULTRASND.INI file is required by the GUS Windows driver in order to know 
what patch files go with what patch number.  Although it is included in the 
v1.21 release disk set, it may be more convenient to just grab it from here.  

This file goes into the directory pointed to by the environment variable 
ULTRADIR (usually C:\ULTRASND).  Even if you have such a file there, it may 
be truncated to only a few lines and must be replaced.
