The DOS support for glib requires the Turbo C compiled and the
Microsoft Assembler (specifically, I have Turbo C 2.0 and MASM 4.0).
Copy pc-mach.h to machdep.h, pc-mach.c to machdep.c, pc-tcc.mak to
makefile, and type make.
