Program: OLE 2.0 Upgrade

Program Description: 

These files allow you to upgrade Windows 3.1 to include
the OLE 2.0 (Object Linking and Embedding) features. This
upgrade is NOT needed if you already have the OLE2.DLL file in
your WINDOWS/SYSTEM directory. OLE 2.0 is used by the Safe
Program, the Signature Program, and many other modern Windows
applications.
