Program: Golf Handicapper

Program Description:

GOLFHCAP-A program to provide all functions
required by golf league managers such as
handicapping, periodic reports, score input
forms, mailing labels, handicap index cards,
handicap lists and membership lists. The
program will handle up to twelve groups of
golfers with as many as five hundred golfers
in each group. It also provides the necessary
software core for operating a handicapping
service.
