utility that allows you to add descriptions &
comments to each file name, including
directories, on a disk. Descriptions can be
up to 300 characters in length, & can easily
be edited at a later date. Some of the
features included are: on-screen editing, a
hot key for instant access to DOS, file view
utility, file compression utilities, and many
more helpful features.
