Program Description:

The Windows Encrytion Toolkit (WET for short)
is a DLL that adds secure encryption ranging
from basic routines all the way to the Data
Encryption Standard with cipher block
chaining (WET Pro).  WET provides XOR,
transposition, and substitution for world-wide
distribution.  WET Pro (also available)
provides the Data Encryption Standard with
cipher block chaining.  Best of all you can
distribute them royalty free!  The enclosed
encryption DLL has been tested with both
Microsoft C/C++ and Borland C++.  It should
work well with ANY Windows based language that
supports DLLs.  Due to NSA's Data Encryption
Standard (DES) export restrictions, only the
standard version of WET with its world-wide
distribution is provided as shareware.
