Program Description:

You've got that fancy new scanner, a
serial printer, a modem, and a mouse, but
oops.  Somebody forgot to tell Bill
Gates that more than 2 serial ports
may be needed at times.  INITCOMM will
patch the system Vector table so that
COMM 3 and 4 will be recognized from
DOS and Windows.  INITCOMM works like a
TSR but releases all memory once it
starts.
