Program Description:

The HandsOff system is an AWARD-WINNER: Public Brand Software, one of the largest shareware vendors in the world, selected "HandsOff!" for Honourable Mention in the Utilities category for their 12th PBS Shareware Contest. (In all, 15 prizes were awarded, out of a total of 1200 entries)
