Program Description:

The Cycle Weight training Program is
designed from a weight lifting program used
by many coleges and universities to develop
strong, flexible athletes in the shortest
time possible, while avoiding the problem of
overtraining.  Lifters frequently do not
allow enough time for proper muscle recovery,
causing lifting plateaus and injury.  This
program prevents this problem through proven
cycling training methods.
