Program Description:

PhotoPat 1.5 is a truely Unique Windows image Processing Package.  
Bitmap images are read in and converted into photo-realistic 
"color-by-number" patterns.  A User defineable palette is used in 
matching up the regions.  A selection of sample palettes and imagess are 
provided.  Poster-size output is supported.  Patterns can be saved as 
bitmap images or as vector output (HPGL and DXF).  Scanning services are 
also provided.
