                     Installing and Running DDFile (TM)

Welcome to DOCTOR DATA File (DDFile), a professional and full featured data-
base manager. DDFile was written especially for mailing list management but
can be used to manage any dBASE III file. DDFile reqires an IBM PC/XT/AT or
386/486 or compatible with 512K RAM and either two floppy drives or one 720K
  drive or a hard drive.

DDFile, a sample data file, and a manual on this disk have been squeezed
into 3 self-extracting files. To install DDFile, type INSTALL X: where X is
the drive letter to install to i.e. INSTALL C: installs to the C: drive.

If installing to 360k disks, you will need 3 blank formatted disks: 1 for
the program, 1 for the sample data file, and 1 for the manual. To run DDFile
type DDFILE <Enter> from the "program disk" drive prompt after installing.

If installing to a hard drive, DDFile will be installed to X:\DDFILE where X
is the specified drive letter. After installing, type CD\DDFILE <Enter> then
  DDFILE <Enter> to run DDFile.

Please call (602) 246-8907 if you have any problems installing DDFile.
