Program Description:

WinSpeech text-to-speech reader for WIN95/NT. WinSpeech reads text and produces speech to sound card or PC's speaker. File mode reads TXT or WRI files. Clipboard mode adds speech to other Windows programs. DDE mode makes it a speech engine for other programs to render text via DDE. Command mode reads at startup. Audio guidance given throughout the program. Allows custom dictionaries and different speech fonts. Pitch and speed adjustable.
